At Wisdom Stewards we respect your right to erasure of personal data under Article 17 of the GDPR.
From the app
- Open Wisdom Stewards and sign in.
- Go to Profile, Settings and My data.
- Select Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion by following the instructions.
By email
If you cannot access the app, write from the address linked to your account to [email protected] with the subject “Delete account”.
What is deleted
We delete the account, profile, progress, preferences, device tokens and social connections. Records that must be retained for tax or security obligations are kept only for the applicable statutory period.
Time frame and consequences
We will confirm the request and complete the deletion within the statutory period. Deletion is irreversible. Subscriptions managed by Apple or Google must also be cancelled through the relevant store.
